The prolific filmmaker Zack Snyder has had a tumultuous relationship with DC over the last few years. Thanks to the HBO Max release of the mythical Snyder Cut, many fans have been clamoring for more of the “SnyderVerse”. Well, as first reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Snyder will reunite with DC but not in the way many might think.
Per the initial report, Snyder will appear as a guest star in the animated DC series Teen Titans Go!. Zack Snyder will play himself in the show’s 365th episode titled “365”. The episode will feature the Titans working to make this episode extra special so they head to Warner Bros. Studios to find a director. The episode will premiere this autumn on the Cartoon Network.

Additionally, it was revealed at the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con that iconic hip hop group De La Soul will also return to Teen Titans Go! after first appearing as themselves last year.
Following the release of Zack Snyder’s Justice League, the director signed a major deal with Netflix. The first project stemming from the deal was the critically acclaimed Army of the Dead. Additionally, Snyder produced a prequel for the film titled Army of Thieves. Up next, Snyder will direct a space saga titled Rebel Moon for Netflix with Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, Ray Fisher, Djimon Hounsou, and Anthony Hopkins among those already cast.
